Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a permanent basis, to join an organisation based in Essex.

Duties of the Housing Officer role will include, but is not limited to:

• Leading and developing a frontline housing team
• Managing tenancy, lettings, voids and income collection
• Overseeing ASB cases, complaints and estate management
• Managing responsive repairs and contractor performance
• Monitoring KPIs, budgets and service standards
• Carrying out estate inspections and driving service improvements
• Ensuring housing policies remain compliant and up to date

The successful candidate for the Housing Officer will have:

• Full UK Driving Licence
